PR has existed for a long time while conducting: extensive testing and review, modifications, research etc. so ~15 of those commits are due to rebase

These only cover my BodySync work.
Poolboy’s HeaderSync work was a much longer process that mostly took place before I came aboard.
We worked out the issues and implemented his design together
